The Premises is wheelchair accessable, with two downstairs bedrooms with ensuite facilities. The property has modern timber and tile flooring for that healthier lifestyle, and the dining area has a large table and chairs - suitable for up to 9 people to chat the evening away over dinner.

The Sitting Room has a TV, gas fire and couches for relaxing. The property has generous car parking space at the rear and patio furniture is available to make the most of summer sun.

Ground Floor:

  •  1 Twin (En-suite)
  •  1 Double (En-suite) ( + 1 single if required.)
  •  Open plan Kitchen / Dining Area with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer.
  •  Utility Room with washing machine, clothes dryer and sink area.
  •  Sitting Room with gas fire.

First Floor:

  •  2 Large Bedrooms. Sleeps 4 (+ 2 if required)
  •  Bathroom with shower
  •  Cot available on request
