The property provides an ideal tour base for exploring the North West region of Ireland. The region's Gateway City, Sligo, is 20 minutes away by car. The national routes N4, N17 and N59 are within 8 km.

Travelling from Dublin
From the N4 exit to Collooney. Take an immediate right after the roundabout. Travel 300 metres, and pass "Quigleys" shop. Take the next left (signposted to Coolaney) and travel 8 km, (following the telephone wires if in doubt) to Coolaney Village. In the village take the right turn marked for the "Mountain Inn" and travel 1 km beyond village.

Travelling from Galway
From the N17 exit left to Coolaney 5km after the NCF Co-Op. This is after Ballymote crossroads, at the accident Black Spot. Travel a further 7 km to Coolaney village. In the village take the right turn marked for the "Mountain Inn" and travel 1 km beyond village.

Travelling from Sligo
From the N4 - Collooney Roundabout exit to Collooney. Follow the instructions given for travelling to Owenmore Lodge from Dublin.

Travelling from Ballina
From the N59, 3 km after Collery's Filling Station (Beltra) exit right to Coolaney. In the village take the right turn marked for the "Mountain Inn" and travel 1 km beyond village.
